Enquiries and communication

When you submit an enquiry, ClaritiSoftek collects the contact and project details you provide to respond, discuss services and maintain a record of your request. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal records.

How your information is handled

Enquiries are stored on our hosting account and accessible through a restricted admin panel. An email notification may also be sent to our business inbox. We do not sell enquiry information.

Cookies and external services

This website uses a session cookie for form security and administrator sign-in. WhatsApp and Google Maps links open external services with their own privacy practices. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you accept optional analytics cookies. It measures page visits, contact-button clicks and successful enquiry confirmations to help us understand website performance. We do not send enquiry text, names, email addresses or phone numbers as analytics event parameters. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. URL query strings and fragments are removed from the page address sent by our tracking code. Google processes usage information under its own privacy practices. Your analytics choice is stored on this browser for up to 180 days; use Analytics preferences below to change it. Declining keeps analytics disabled. Our analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days, subject to browser limits.

To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion of an enquiry, contact business@claritisoftek.com. We retain information only as needed for the enquiry, ongoing services and applicable obligations.
